Here is a list of food I want to make that I wrote down in My notebook sometime a while ago when I was bored and/or hungry. I LOVE to cook. Some of them are pretty normal, and some of them sound insane. That’s ok; I’m insane.

mini eggs benedict: use quail eggs. grav lax. spinach.
steamed nori rolls filled with miso, cream, shiitake, mint
sesame mayonnaise: use sesame oil and add seeds. and garlic
mussels baked with bechamel
buttermilk with dill and honey
dolmades with figs and pine nuts
slow-roasted heirloom tomato impregnated with balsamic vinegar

peach-butternut squash soup, yogurt and mint, cardamom, turmeric, gorgonzola.

lapsang souchong ice cream!
Lapsang souchong is a tea that smells and tastes just like smoke. I thought maybe a smoke & molasses ice cream would be delicious in the winter by the fireplace. Who wants to help Me open a restaurant?
