Lovely Chicago afternoon. Here I am, sitting in My room, lounging around and downloading music, drinking spearmint tea, smelling My armpits. My house is spotless-clean once again thanks to a new pet who is proving himself to be quite trainable!

Vacation time for Me again. It’s too cold here. I’ll be in Miami for INC and New Orleans for Mardi Gras again, just like last year. I’ll be gone Monday, February 8th – Thursday, February 18th. I’m available for sessions every day before I leave, so hit Me up.
Here is a list of food I want to make that I wrote down in My notebook sometime a while ago when I was bored and/or hungry. I LOVE to cook. Some of them are pretty normal, and some of them sound insane. That’s ok; I’m insane.

oyster mushroom and leek soup with tofu skin

mini eggs benedict: use quail eggs. grav lax. spinach.
steamed nori rolls filled with miso, cream, shiitake, mint
sesame mayonnaise: use sesame oil and add seeds. and garlic

slow-roasted heirloom tomato impregnated with balsamic vinegar

Lapsang souchong is a tea that smells and tastes just like smoke. I thought maybe a smoke & molasses ice cream would be delicious in the winter by the fireplace. Who wants to help Me open a restaurant?
